Workfloor Jazz

Dølajazz invites companies every year to purchase a cultural experience for their employees. The artists we send around visit workplaces and perform in the middle of a regular workday. This can be in a cafeteria, a production room, or a lecture hall.

Many of the companies have been regular hosts for several years, and this tradition is invaluable to us. Here we get the chance to spread our musical message to more people than we reach from our regular venues.

But most importantly, we receive feedback from the employees of the companies about what such a cultural break in the everyday life does for the work environment.
