DølaJazz annual General Meeting

DølaJazz is an association, and according to its bylaws, “...functionaries at the previous year's festival are members...of the association. They have the right to attend, speak, and vote at the association’s annual general meeting.” (§ 2 Membership)

All volunteers are considered the festival’s functionaries. That is why you are receiving this announcement now. If anyone wishes to submit a proposal to the annual meeting, it must be submitted in writing and “...be received by the board no later than two weeks before the annual meeting.” (§ 4 Annual General Meeting), meaning February 11th, 2026. Proposals can be sent to post@dolajazz.no

Members shall have access to the meeting documents no later than one week before the annual meeting, on February 18th, 2026. At that time, the documents will be published on the DølaJazz website. These include the board’s annual report, the financial statements and the auditor’s report, as well as the nomination committee’s recommendations for board members and proposals for a new nomination committee. Additional items may also be included if submitted by members.

The annual meeting will be held at Stasjonen.
