With unverifiable credits, Norway's most boundless duo takes on music history with an appropriation guarantee and freedom with responsibility as their motto. The repertoire consists of Ola and Stian's favorites, but also requests from the audience. However, they reserve the right to roast bad suggestions and their originators—
only to play them anyway. In addition to the fiddle and accordion, they bring an arsenal of despised instruments such as viola, bagpipes, and banjo.

loathed instruments such as the viola, bagpipes, and banjo.As the respective masterminds behind Farmers Market and Steamdome, Stian Carstensen and Ola Kvernberg are among the most prominent and genre-defying performers in Norwegian music, with a slew of awards, nominations, and international 

collaborations behind them. With this year's nomination for the Nordic Council Music Prize,
Kvernberg follows in the footsteps of Carstensen, who has previously been nominated for the same
distinction. Together and individually, they have collaborated with luminaries such as Pat
Metheny, Motorpsycho, Joshua Redman, Tungtvann, Les Paul, Bill Frisell, Todd
Terje, Wenche Myhre, Michael Brecker, KORK, Mike Patton, Øystein Sunde, and Jacob
Collier.
